Thrive Grant Applications are Open Until Monday, June 3rd

This is our third year facilitating a new, innovative grant specifically designed to uplift community driven projects.  We call these grants, Thrive.  CFMC offers three different grants to 501c organizations serving residents in Morgan County.  Impact grants are for programming and services, Capacity grants are intended to increase the number of clients served or the quality of service, and Thrive grants are awarded to create permanent, inclusive developments in underserved community areas.

Thrive grants are awarded up to $6,000 with dollar-for-dollar proof of match.  Secured grants from other sources, organizational funding, or fundraised dollars can all be used as matching dollars.

Projects should address at least one social determinant of health such as neighborhood environment, economic stability, education, healthcare, or community involvement.

Examples of Thrive grants include playgrounds, recreational platforms such as sports fields, public art, or other permanent structures that are inclusive and open to the public.

Thrive grant applications are open from Friday, April 19^th until 4 p.m., Monday, June 3^rd.
