HOW IT WORKS: The 100+ Women Who Care Morgan County will convene quarterly, and within an hour will give away thousands of dollars with no strings attached to the dollars. Each member commits $500 annually paid in $100 increments. The $100 membership fee goes to an endowment fund at CFMC as a forever fund, and the other $400 is used as grant money for the winning non-profit organizations who win the most votes at the of the quarterly meetings. We have seen the 100 Women Who Care Johnson County in action – they are a lively, energetic, and enthusiastic about dedicating much-needed financial assistance to the chosen organizations. Their group is 10 years old now and has granted out just under $500,000 to support their not-for-profits.
Anyone is welcome to join the 100+ Women Who Care Morgan County. You do NOT need to live in Morgan County. We believe 100+ Women Who Care is a great fit for any philanthropically minded woman. The limited time commitment makes 100+ Women a great option for those who want to give back and can’t participate in a time-intensive volunteer role. It is simple, easy and fun to help! Please consider becoming a member. If you are unable to attend, no worries. Members can send someone in their place to vote by proxy.
